Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the Shramik Foundation Trust. We would like to detail our policy on refund and cancellation process for good and respective purpose.
With Shramik Foundation no refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through any online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers in such case you can cancel a donation that you have made with Shramik foundation up to 15 days after your payment was made, we will refund the donation If it has not been used for a social welfare and charitable project.
in case of refund the Original 80G receipt should be submitted to the Organisation.
If 80G receipt is lost by donor then a Notification is to be sent on the website emall address for requesting the 80G reciept.
Delivery
We will send you a receipt for your donation in the post and/or via email, according to your preferences.
